At 100, (for instance i have sabre weapons 107 right now) the skill displays as "1.1e+002". The stats window displays it normally but the info window doesnt.
Doesnt really make sense to replace 3 digits with 4 digits, a letter, and +, especially when some detail is lost.
Skill in the info window rolls over to scientific notation
