Same here, and in a city where i have buy house before made city full lag with all door unselectable

Have u tried running/going out and into the zone ? cos this might be glass walls

Also manually closing\opening them doors helps sometime

Most of the stuff i just saw as a bug fixed itself by saving then reloading the game. :p
