[0.93.13] 1st floor of buildings

Heya,

Since update 0.93.13 I cannot build or use items on the 1st/2nd/3rd floors of buildings anymore.
Tested with every known building type you can research and build. No Mods.
Imported game and new game.

When I try to build something on the 1st floor instead of ground floor it still appears like the game is trying to place it on the ground floor.

I was just busy reorganizing my whole town to a new bigger section and now the nice setup I had going is ruined
I'll just pause until a nice little patch comes out to fix this. You guys are fast anyways.

Almost forgot to mention, the people that are assigned to to stuff with items/ storage boxes,etc.
Will just run around on the floor below until they give up and starve to death or just stand still for eternity in case of skeletons.

A similar thing happened in the past.

Same with me but with one exception. Storm houses are still working.

Also having this problem on 0.93.13. 2nd floor of every building is non accessible anymore (i did have some wind turbines built before this started happening a few days ago)

Storm house seems unaffected and still functions normally.

Have saved / reloaded / Imported / restarted
