Game crash if my party is scattered a lot [FIXED]

Description:
Save attached. Wait until other units start to spawn and some action begins, and soon You get a crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
Load from an attached save.
Wait until other units on the map start to spawn and some action begins
Crash.

Expected results:
Stable game

Actual results:
Crash and crash dump.

Consistency
I noticed that if I have a unit in a different location and after I have left it unattended for a few minutes and then come back, then there is a 70% crash.
