Haven't had a problem with World's End yet. Are you running any mods that might conflict? Can't think of any off the top of my head that might, but you never know.

One of your meshes seems to be corrupted somehow. Try revalidating the game cache.

integrity check wasn't helpful (thought its fixed some files)
only full reinstall helped me
