I fixed it! I just have a quick question, Is there any way to boost performance on the game? I regardless if I switch the game to High/low the game is a little choppy, is there a graphics driver I need to install to make it more smooth? I'd love your input.

Changing ( Lowering ) some settings could boost performance to a small degree.
also it's about game optimization. they are working on this so over time the performance will increase.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?

How did you fixed it? What was the problem? I'm very curious :)

Also, since you've never posted specs of your laptop in this topic, it would be hard to suggest anything specific regarding performance :)

I installed a graphics driver ._.
Also, no matter what I change the settings to low/ultra the game always performs the same.

It seems that is the same problem with access permissions to files/folders as before.
