0.95.14 game will not load

I have this game through steam. I click play in the steam library it says it is running for 2 seconds then nothing. I have deleted and reinstalled the game. Verified more then once but still nothing. Have even went into browse local files.

Same thing will send crash dumps until it works I guess.

try restarting your computer.
least until the Devs look at the files and see whats causing it.

I found the issue and fixed it. It was on my end. I had deleted my c++ 2010 from my pc because of issues it was causing with another game I was playing. I re installed it and the game started right up.
