Upon building walls around my base the game crashes with an unhandled exception (nasty bugger). So far it's happened twice right around the same time.

I know the game has always been a bit iffy on completely surrounding your base in walls with pathfinding, but in all my years of playing I haven't ever had it crash. Plus some of the walls around my base are natural (I'm north of Clownsteady, and a bit southeast of the Workshop complex that's NW of clownsteady. A dead zone).

Since it's an unhandled exception there's no crash dump to upload either.

I'd upload my save but the file is apparently too large (32 mb). If you guys need it either reply to this post with how you'd like me to send it or message me on steam - my UN and profile URL is the same as my lofigames UN - I'll respond a bit sooner on steam since I'm continuously online on it :).

Also, I have the quick loading or whatever on (the one that loads multiple characters areas simultaneously when they're far apart)... So I don't know how stable that is. The game is running fine/no different from how it usually does.

ALSO, I'm on a HDD and not an SSD - but again that shouldn't have anything to do with the unhandled exception but I know someone is going to ask because it makes a huge difference in Kenshi (I just haven't plugged mine in yet ;) )

When it comes to exceptions, the error message is often found at the end of "kenshi.log". Could you upload that file next time you get the exception?
It has to be immediately after the crash, if you run the game again before sending the log then the log will get cleared.

Actually, I wasn't able to recreate it... sadly.

However I still have the quicksave stored as a zip file - but I was able to get on the next day after this post and just prayed a bit and it worked.

Maybe later on I'll boot that quick save back up and see if I can grab that log for you. TIL.

Alright so I just monkey tested the shit out of that quick save and got it to crash. However I was going a bit ham on it all so I'll do a couple more runs of less "monkey-ness" and see if I can get it to crash then.

No crashdump was generated, but here's all the logs (including the kenshi.log you specifically mentioned). I figured getting all of the other ones wouldn't hurt ahaha.

I had to zip them all since your forums don't allow .log extensions.

I was able to do it again. This time while in windows mode I just tabbed out to check out stuff on my browser and occasionally moved my mouse over to Kenshi without selecting it (I probably did something like this after the initial bug report.)

Less monkey testing but still monkeyed.

Oh and on a side note I was able to successfully finish building all of my walls without a crash! I didn't tab over at all during that run since I actually forget Kenshi was running for a bit.

Lastly.. I'm still running in 95.26. My Client did update to 95.27 but I wanted to try to recreate the crash as closely as possible and I didn't know if importing to 27 would mess with that. If you want me to let me know!

Unfortunately these logs are not enough. Can you upload that save so I can try to reproduce it.

Threw it in a zip file and uploaded it.
