0.96.5 - unable to construct/click rugs

once the rug is put down and don't have any resources so it doesn't construct automatically, then when trying to construct it later with the construction materials you are unable to click the rug in anyway to add the materials and construct.

I did just discover the engineer job which I finally managed to construct it but I still couldn't click on the object.

I also have noticed that I cannot click rugs once placed/built. Because of this it is impossible to dissemble them to build something else nearby the rug.
