[98.19] - Slavers recapture purchased slaves

What do
1. Purchase shitty slave named slave.
2. Slave steps out of cage.
3. Slaver notices slave looks "slave-y".
4. Slaver captures slave, by literally grabbing him and putting him back into the cage.
5. Cage is locked.
6. Slave is now part of your squad, but is now also a slave of slavers.
7. Waste of Cats.

Occurred in "Bark", town in furthest NE.
Eventually slave can pick his way out and run, but remained a slave of the Slavers.
Please let me know if more information is needed.

Yeah, let me see if I can get it. Is it ok if it occured, I dunno, an hour realtime previously?

Edit:
I found and attached the closest save. The character that was purchased is named 'Slave'. Super imaginative, I know.
Build was actually 98.18. Purchase was from slavers in same city, cage closest to the door.

I had the same thing happen to me in Heng, but slightly different.

1) Buy the slave, they take my 1000 cats.
2) The slave glitches out of the cage and is seen as "escaping"
3) The shop owner and guard attack him and knock him unconscious.
4) They put him back in the cage.
