[98.27] CTD - Squin

Whenever I enter Squin in this save I get about 2 minutes before a CTD. Reproduced 3 times.

Attached is a zip containing:

• All files in the main directory suffixed with '.log'

• Current: The save in it's crashed state, or just before.

• Autosave: Walk/run/sneak to Squin, run around, CTD.

• The config files that were "reacquired" after the first crash.

• DxDiag.txt

I also validated the package using Steam, it replaced three files and the issue recurs.
