Workshop Complex Structures/Containers Vanished

I posted this to the steam bugs forum, but thought I'd put it here too to see if anyone has some advice on how to resolve this. I was in the middle of looting the Workshop Complex in The Grid region when my cursor popped out of frame and hit the X, closing Kenshi. Luckily I'd saved right beforehand... but when I loaded it up, all the structures and containers had completely disappeared from off the platforms. Importing doesn't work. Loading a much earlier save from before I even entered The Grid region doesn't work. Verified my game data and still no dice. They're just gone.

If I load a game from a different play through, the Workshop Complex still loads in correctly. However, in every save from my current play through it's just completely empty.

Just as an update, I started a brand new game and when arriving at the same complex in The Grid, it's completely empty. Other structures like that one (like the one in Purple Sands or on the western island) are not bugged. Will try re-installing the game I guess, but this is a strange issue.

Edit: Nope. Reinstalling didn't work.

Edit 2: Reinstalling DID work, just not for the first two save games affected. New games now seem to load correctly.

Edit 3: Okay, Edit 2 was a lie. Reinstalling KIND of works, maybe? What reinstalling seems to have done is that the workshop now exists... just not in the same place. The structure is where it's supposed to be, but it's empty of any contents. An identical structure is now placed in the gap in the grid parallel to it, partially clipped into the mountain, blocking off one section of it, and this one DOES have the proper content (minus the section that's clipped out by the mountain).
