v99.4 random Graphics changes

I loaded up Kenshi this morning after the 99.4 update and all my video settings were changed.
It started on a different monitor. Even thought the screen size is set to 1920x1080 it doesn't launch in that ratio. The font and UI sizes are all different. The whole games is blurry and fuzzy.
I tried to change them back but the system ignores the changes I make.
I haven't changed anything since quitting the game yesterday. the only thing was the update this morning.
Any ideas?

NM, found out it also reset the full screen and borderless check boxes. I reset them and it seems to work fine.

Yes, happen to me too. The blurry thing is the vsync turn it off. Configure all the way you play before and it's done.
