Infinite Raids?

Well so far i been having Infinite Raids from the Holy Nation since i became Enemy of them, took their 3 Cities, Rebirt, Okran's Shield, Narko Trap, Military Base (close to Blister Hill) so in Theory... i eliminate them.

But still i get Wrath of God every 2 to 5 days, so what's the point then? i can understand if it's Bandits or others but...

I eliminate all or almost all of them?

Even more! i took this screenshot of the Town: Stack, wich it belong to the Shek Kingdom... and for Unknown reason it spawn a lot of Holy Nation soldiers there...

Same goes to the Ruined Military Outpost close to the Dust King Tower and the one who is under Narko's Trap...

Besides of that, im allied with: Traders Guild, Shek Kingdom & Flotsam Ninjas... but only Shek Kingdom as came to my aid..

Why can't the Flotsam Ninjas come to my aid if i already gave them Blister Hill? i can understand Traders Guild (since im so far away from them, my base is in the middle of Okran's Pride)

but i can't go so far away from my Base since i will have Raids every 2x3 (if ain't Bandits, Kral's Choosen or Berserkers, they are from the "Holy Nation" that shouldn't Exist anymore...)

There's the Photo of STACK, owned by the Shek Kingdom (my Ally) and the HOLY NATION spawn there (are you f serious?)

Don't know if its only that faction or if it's the same for the Major Factions.. (if i take their Territory i suppouse i will have Infinite Raids from them)

So... for now im trying to survive only the Unknown Nation (A.K.A Holy Nation) that sends troops from destroyed/allied/other faction towns to my outpost...

Do you have any mods that could affect it? Like Shidan's reactive world
