[1.0.14] Game acting weird since last update

Hey ho,

save game attached.

Game has been acting weird since the last update, I guess. First I had to reimport twice because Flotsam Village and World's End were completely void of any NPCs.

Now my outpost doesn't want to accept any power from my wind turbines and my engineering guys don't want to acknowledge that there is an unfinished engineering task right next to them.

I'm done with this ._.
