The Black dog headquarter is blocked by props.

I cannot get into this headquarters because of the fact that invisible textures as well as a mountain are blocking my way into the building.

Appears to be intentionally configured as such. No world states exist tied to them so you can't change their status in the game. Seems to be reinforced by the inability to reach their HQ, been there myself, NPCs can't seem to get out either, let alone the player in. Permanent raiders?

I can actually confirm the Black Dog HQ is blocked by such terrain. I had to use the editor to move the building back to actually access it.

Also to add, it's a very simple fix. Just move the building back a bit. I did it in my personal mod file.
