Renderer fails to load

I bought a new laptop and now the game won't launch at all. The editor works fine, but the game launches with the error "Failed to load render system. You probably need to install the June 2010 DirectX runtimes located in the dependencies folder."

I have updated the computer with the latest DirectX and attempted to install the mentioned 2010 update but it fails because the software installed is more recent.

I deleted the RenderSystem_Direct3D11_x64.dll and let Steam replace it.

I updated the Nvidia driver.

I ran the dependency walker and it shows many errors. I'll attach the file.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

I've verified the installation through Steam and it checks good.

It doesn't flag on my Antivirus. I've tried adding an exception just in case and it still doesn't work.

The ZIP folder attached has a DxDiag output, the crashlog from Kenshi, and the Dependency Walker output.

I don't know what to do. I really want to get this game working on this computer, but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions? It works fine on another Win 10 laptop and my Win 7 desktop. It's just this computer.
