[1.0.50] Rebel Base Barman keeps losing his job

This is kinda funny, but it happens in nearly every game now....

The "Rebel Base" barman, near the Hub, tends to get knocked out a lot. When this happens, one of the Ninja Guards in the base will take the place of Shopkeeper - literally, standing in the Barman's spot and with the goal of "Shopkeeper" - but is non-interactive.

Even after the Barman recovers, at this point, he tends to just vanish. I have a feeling he might be getting nabbed by Slavers. However, this most recent time, I picked him up and put him in one of his own beds. Several things happened at that point:

- I could interact with him and buy things from him, but his cash was zero. I could sell him things after I bought stuff and he had some cash to buy them with.
- He never gets out of bed of his own accord, but I couldn't pick him up again without it being Kidnapping.
- His inventory seems frozen, no longer refreshes or resets or changes
- After a couple of days, he vanished.
- That same Ninja Guard is still behind the bar as "Shopkeeper" but is still non-interactive.
