[1.0.51] Leviathans are using their standing animation for "Sleeping on the ground"

I just saw a "sleeping" Leviathan using their standing animation instead of their sleeping animation. Don't animals and creatures have their "sleeping animations?" Just saying because this is out of the ordinary...or are they designed this way?

If vanilla is not the cause of this, then I can provide a list of mods I'm using.
