Consistent crashes at Bad Teeth

On a new fresh save as the Holy Nation Citizen start, coming from Stack I keep getting crashes in Bad Teeth either just around the town or going up the ramp to the center of town on Vanilla Kenshi. I've verified files, imported worlds, tested on multiple new saves, and reinstalled the game several times and nothing fixes the problem. At most it just takes a little longer to crash, but the vast majority of crashes have been at the same exact spot at the top of the ramp from the southern gate facing Stack. After all of the game crashes upon verifying the game files, Steam tells me that 2 files failed to verify but that's it. I've played for around 80 hours before this on a separate save and have had 3 or 4 crashes at most just running around the world in a party and haven't had these issues, although I haven't been to Bad Teeth until trying to starting a new save and discovering/having these problems.

I'm playing on Steam, Windows 10, Kenshi version 1.0.55. Hopefully I've attached the quicksave folder correctly, I tried to follow the stickied thread on how to submit properly.
