Kenshi shutting down my computer

hi, I bought Kenshi a long time ago and started playing, the game runs well since my computer requirements exceed the minimum requirements, I never suffered from crashes or anything like that. However, I've always had a problem which is that my computer shuts down by itself while I play.

the graphics are at the minimum and I thought it could be processing, I downloaded some mods from the steam workshop that make texture reduction and remove particles from the game and I went to play, it solved for a while, but soon the problem came again.

I'll leave the computer processing data here to see if anyone can help me, here they are:

windows 11 64 bits
processor: AMD A10-6800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 4.10 ghz with four cores
memory: 8gb ram
graphics: Amd radeon hd 8670D Pixel shader 5.0
directx: 13

I can't show print of my problem because my computer suddenly shuts down. I've already done temperature tests, processing, the computer doesn't heat up much, even because I play with air conditioning on and there's still ram left, the game consumes only 2 gb of ram according to my task manager.

I thank anyone who can help me, I love kenshi and not being able to play what I love hurts me a lot, and forgive me for the English that may be wrong, I'm not fluent in the language and I'm still learning, my main language is Portuguese.

If you're confident it's not overheating, which is what it sounds most like to me, then the only thing that comes to mind is the power supply unit. I've had a faulty power supply before, which did behave a lot like what you're describing. Just a sudden shutdown.

sometimes I think it could be the source too, but before I change it I want to know if there could be something else that could be causing this, the mysterious thing is the fact that I play other games as heavy as kenshi and don't have this problem. Could you answer me a good source for me to use to play kenshi? Sorry, but I don't know much about computers.

to me it sounds like your PSU might be having issues.
or it could be windows, their last update has had me crash 3 times in the past week. but i am getting teh blue screen, not sudden shutdown. so I'm still thinking it could be your PSU.

If you don't know anything about computers, then suggest if you can afford it, to take it to a computer repair store and have them look it over.
Because if you know nothing of computers, you can easily kill it by touching something you shouldn't without proper preparation and knowledge of what you are doing.

yeah, a PSU should set you back around $50 to a bit over $100.
I would also stop trying to turn your computer on. you could cause more damage without meaning to. then your repair bill would become much more.
