if you mean, some of your buildings now belong to another faction
then you need to go to the main menu. go to import. select the save you wish to import. then click ok, leave all settings at default.

Unfortunately, if the buildings have disappeared, nothing cam be done to recover them, except for reloading an older save that still has them.

Them disappearing like that means the game failed to save them the last time you saved the game, so they no longer exist on that save.
