Game won't start

So, I was playing on the version 2 updates ago and then went from my pc to my laptop and then I went back to pc and the game stopped working like it won't even boot up no screen no command page nothing I have tried the verifying that all files are good and even deleted and reinstalled I have rebooted the pc too and nothing works tried again after updates and still nothing.
