I came to the Howler Maze, the game constantly crashes when approaching this zone (on the screenshot)

What to do if i also crush in a new game (so i do have a zone corruption problem) but deleting files from "zone" folder doesn't help? Game still crushes even with "zone" folder being empty.

Did you test without mods on?

If it crashes with no zone files or a new game, then the issue is not zone corruption.

I only have genesis mod downloaded and i did all the tests except turning it off because without mods save doesn't load at all. It's just loading for 30 minutes and nothing happens. Any idea how to fix it without touching genesis mod?

Not without knowing if it happens without Genesis. If it's caused by Genesis by itself, you simply have to report it and wait for them to fix it.

I would suggest disabling Genesis, then importing the save to test it. You do not have to save again afterwards, so don't worry about hurting your save, this is just a test.

If it crashes without Genesis, then we can look into it further. Otherwise you'll need to report it to the authors.

Importing the save without Genesis fixed the crashes. I will report to Genesis authors, thanks.

I notice you're just using a "GenesisRus" mod. Which one are you using?

There are two Russian translation mods. An old abandoned one that is not up to date and may be broken. And a newer one, but it requires you have the normal Genesis mod on as a dependency.

You only have one mod, so either you're using the old out of data mod, or you're using the translation mod without the main one. Either one could be the source of your problem.


I would also suggest updating your graphics drivers. As this same error code has been seen from users with the same GPU as you, could be a driver issue related to the mod.
