Not let out of jail

So two of my characters were in jail, they were supposed to be released within about an hour of each other, one guy was released, and the other, when I hovered over his bounty gui element, it said "Imprisoned, sentenced time remaining: -5hrs", well, I decided to simply leave the jailcell on my own then, since there were guards still standing outside feeding me rather than releasing me.

At that point he was struck down, and sentenced to 265hrs (way more than the original jail sentence).

One prisoner is now on -29 hours left (or 29 hours overtime)
While the other that was originally let out, has been there 15 hours too long.

And right as I wrote this, the -15 hours guy was finally released, the -29 hours guy however is being constantly fed (see my other bug report) and does not look to be released any time soon.
