When assigning jobs all I can see is "operating machinery"

Could it be the resolution i'm playing at because I can't tell what jobs i've assigned people and it's making things a little difficult.
Having it too, already posted in visual bugs, cuz not quite a game-breaker to me. My res is 1366x768
