There are vendors in both towns but in Fishing Village the barman has nothing in his inventory and only a small amount of money. I could not talk to the other traders there.

In worlds end the vendors (hat and weapon) are working properly. I tried to buy from them at night because their doors were open at night. And then the guards came after me.

I thought maybe it is because they are outlaws and dont care about closing times. ))

The verndor in the General Shop does not get new wares after 24 hours.

somewhere i´ve read something about fishy items. 2 different raw fish and maybe some food..

so I think too that that not seems to be a bug, only a preparation for upcoming item sellers
sounds logically when a fisher doesn´t have as much as money as an armour trader in a big city..

this happens to me from time to time in nearly every town.....
it´s a bit dissapointing if you´re go for a trade about 5 minutes before closing, buy out his half inventory and while you´re on the way out he is screaming something like "how do you get here?"

eeeerrrrmmm... hey it´s me your best costumer you´ve ever seen ?!?
