I am having an issue where Paladins are phasing through my gates. I have non-humans inside my walls and I'm assuming they are noticing them and are starting to attack my gates. And after a minute or two of them attacking my gates, suddenly a few phase through my gates. And eventually the High paladin makes it through and they start attacking my non-humans and we are not prepared for an attack that powerful, plus I am trying not to make the paladins too strong.

Not sure what is up with me that I don't see from a lot of other people, but I also have problems with my gates including my characters who walk through a gate must close the gate themselves, if I close it then they will stand there as if they are stuck in a box, and when gates or walls are completing their construction, my builders will become stuck until I save and load my game, once again as if they are stuck in some sort of box.

The phasing walls/gate is a bug since the developers decided to make the passable until they are 80% build and since they was under the pressure to release a new map I think they delayed the fix of this.

The stuck character happen about the same time and you don't need to reload, you can just pick them and put them down(CTRL+SHIFT+F11 should also work).

Not sure what you are trying to say but if you have your outpost set to open to public they will always open the gate and leave it open.

You can do it against paladins with a low skilled squad if you build some turrets and nail them. After that you can go to stealth mod and use "stealth kill" (If I remember right) on unconscious characters. But your reputation with Holly Nation will get a irreversible negative hit.

It is a little odd. But what I mean is imagine this: you have three characters inside of your walls/gates. Then you open up the gate, and tell your guys to walk outside of the gate. Once they are through, you click on the gate and close it yourself using the button that says "this gate is open". Now, when you try to move those three guys, just about all the time 1 of those three guys will not move. And if I raise my gate back up, he will move, but if I close the gate myself again he will be stuck again. I have to open the gate and tell him to be the one to close the gate, that is the only way he will be able to move outside my walls.

same problem here from time to time.. sometimes it helps when you move your squad back inside the walls, close/open again and go on moving.. i don´t know why but it sounds to me that the pathfinding system sometimes thinks that your squad is inside your walls and dont find any path from the current position outside to anywhere if the gate is closed.
and reload doesn´t work everytime. the gate have to be opened while saving.
