Guards with Supernatural darkvision?

Super DarkVision guard.

The Hub, Bar, second floor.

113 stealth, nighttime, no lights in the room.
The very moment I enter this room, the guard immidiately spots me. Straight from Blue to Red.
Walking nor running changes this. Nearest I can tell, this guy has supernatural vision.
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 16Gb
AMD Radeon R9 390 Series
