I have a base that is completely run by windmills. The mills turned off and my battery packs took over and that is when things got interesting. Machines that had "power" toggled on, but "battery" toggled off were still considered "on" by my characters. Not only that they were drawings power, not full power, but still drawing something. After I turned off the "power" to all of the machines I wanted to go offline I noticed a second issue.
I would expect that a power draw of 3, for example, would draw 3 units of power in an hour. I say this because that is how a kWh (standard for power usage) and Amp Hour (standard for battery sizing) function in the real world. So I setup an experiment where at 19:53 I had 30 power units left in my batteries and I was drawing 3 units through machines. I expected to see 27 power units left at 20:53, but I hit 27 power units at ~20:41. Not only that, one of my machines went offline for a few (in game) minutes durring that hour.
Power not calculating as expected 0.93.0
