all characters vanish after loading

I'm writing this on my tablet and don't have a crash dumb, but the bug can be reproduced extremely easily that I don't think it needs anything.
STEPS TO MAKE BUG:-
1. wait until the game is about to auto save
2. load a previous save just before the auto save
3. watch as all buildings are loaded, but all characters(including player characters and npcs) vanish from existence.
4. click the skills tab to crash the game.

This bug happens always in the conditions mentioned earlier so can be reproduced easily. I hope this report helps with improving the game and thank you for all your efforts ^_^
