Bags loses stack ability?

I had a mag that stacked and items that are stack worthy however the items just do not stack anymore and I have no idea why.

As far as i know, the only bag that's able to stack some items inside of it is Trader's Wooden Backpack - that long box with a sunshade. Also some containers like shop counter, foodstore are able to have small stacks of 4 items. As well as Bull's Backpack.

Odd, I've always been able to stack my items in a shop keeps bag. And now it's not doing it. Wiki even says it's able to stack.

Noticed this myself, hitting arrange will stack them but you can't manually stack them.

Not even hitting arrange is doing it for me, But I just noticed something.

The items will never stack if they are stolen separately, picked up off the ground one by one, or sometime purchase them one by one. (Buying them or finding them while not stacked)

However when put the items in the correct storage container and then grab them back out of the container into my bag, they stack.

To test this i grabbed the items out of the bag from the stack and dropped them on the floor.
I still have a stack of the item in my bag, less to make more of a bigger stack, so I pick the items up and they show up in my bag without stacking....

So bags are broken. Please fix.

stolen items only stack in your personal storage at your base. not in backpacks.
also not all backpacks allow stacking.
