Convinient iron ore bug in The Hub

So,i started a game with the "Nobodies" in the latest demo, i started in "The hub" and i noticed a huge iron ore inside the city,which is inside (partially) in a broken house,which i bought and repaired, and it still functions.Anyways, i feel that such a convinient thing is a bug in a survival game .Í

Also,the game NEVER starts in fullscreen,even tho i check it in the startup options.

Also,pathfinding on the map when i click somewhere for a character to go to, sometimes they just stop and becoming "aimless",while sometimes they run back and forth as if they try to find a different route but then chaging their mind and using the one they used before.
