Commands Shown but no action.

I don't know if it's already been brought up and I'm at work so I don't have access to any game information but there are times when my people are in the middle of an action and just stop. The command shows to still be active but they don't move. It's mainly during general movement, not a work-related command. I'm forced to save and reload the game then everything is fine.
