i have 2 logs of that type so i sent both but i think this is what your looking for

You need to install directX 9 (although it should have installed). Try running Kenshi\dependencies\dx9\DXSETUP.exe. If that doesnt work, try downloading directX 9 runtimes from the web (microsoft website). Also try updating your graphics drivers. Its also possible you have a corrupt installation.
Also you could try installing it via Desura (download the demo on there), that may help.

I Replaced the d3dx9_43.dll file updated all my drivers.. got to Kenshi Video Setup Crashed again

looked at the OGRE log and found this

OGRE EXCEPTION(7:InternalErrorException): Can't find requested video mode. in D3D9RenderSystem::initialise at X:\kenshi\ogre_src_v1-7-1\RenderSystems\Direct3D9\src\OgreD3D9RenderSystem.cpp (line 594)
