[0.95.3] Empty buildings on import

When importing the game to the latest version all my buildings are empty, missing all the stuff i built inside.

This was happening in 95.1, now I have my stuff back, but none of it is connected to the power grid. The only way to get it reconnected is to dismantle and rebuild. I also tried building new generators hoping that would reconnect, but that didn't work.

Also storage containers and cook stoves are fubar. characters will not auto pick things off stoves and will not cook if there is anything on the stove. They sometimes go to storage to get more items if you manually handle cooking. but not unless you rebuild the storage container after import.
