95.3 Crash on upgraded Harpoon Mk II

So after upgrading one of my harpoons to the latest MK II, I then had one of my gunners hop back on it for it to crash out.

Crashed a few more times upgrading, so I decided to remove it and build a brand new MK II harpoon which worked. Built another one at another outpost and it did not crash either.

So it could possibly be something related to upgrading that causes the crash.
