0.95.6 Stone processor IV and V don't get built.

Hi, impossible to finish the building. It seems that the condition bar fills up slower than the materials bar. Thought it was a problem with Stone processor V, so dismantled it and tried with IV (before I checked the files in Steam and imported the game with buildings and research). Stone processor III doesn't have this problem.

Still won't get built. Tried to attach a screenshot but couldn't.
