Invincible bug while in uniforms

This has been in since... .93? when the northern part of the map introducing Rebirth and the floodlands and stuff was put in. I discovered recently what was causing it. While wearing Holy Nation uniforms (currently in full gear stolen from a Holy Sentinel) when I attack them sometimes when they attack me back they will not do damage like when you're near your allies since they somewhat consider you one yet you can attack them and they'll run. Player character can fight them all day and not need to block and harm them and they can't block. When I remove the armor pieces and put them back on, suddenly they are able to attack my character.

Thought I'd point it out as soon as I had the chance to play with it and find it.
