[0.95.7 GOG]Can't enter certain buildings

The bar in Admag is floating above ground, so I can't enter.

The leaning Tower in the Wetlands is inaccessible, although I was able to open the door, my char simply won't go inside.

So, I went to Burn's Tower, which is accessible, but much my chagrin, the Beds aren't usable. Only one of the beds is selectable and when I tell my character to use it, he goes up to it and starts turning left and right on the spot. It kinda looks like a "whole-body-says-no-no-dance".
