[0.95.9] Can't Save

As of the latest experimental version it is impossible to save a game.
I tried importing an old save, and it crashes upon quicksaving/normal saving. I even tried creating a new game, same issue.
I verified my steam cache, still no fix. Then I proceeded to reinstall the game, no fix.
