95.10 carrying a person doesnt add their inventory weight

Not sure if this is a bug or intented, but I remember before the x64 update that when you carried a person their inventory weight would also get added to yours.

Example, Abba has an inventory weight of 100/30 and b.b. King is carrying 5/35.
B.B. King picks up Abba and now has an inventory of 35/35. I recall from older version that B.B. King inventory would be 135/35( 5 from himself, 30 from Abba and 100 from Abba's inventory).

Maybe I remember wrong, but either way, is this intended or a bug? As it is now, you can carry massive weight very quickly if you have a person with 30+ carry weight simply by carrying the overloaded person.
