In Blister Hill's bar, the one that brags about her fighting skills but has no skills. Got to the line that says no money nor time for this, but re-talked to her to confirm the price. The second time I had the option of Paid 3,000. Clicked it and got her. I had 2,400 on me, but no money spent.
