0.95.11 - No time in prison

Hi,

Just turned in a member of my squad (naked) for a 6k bounty (for a wrong answer to HN bodyguards, beaten him up and put a bounty on his head). Inmediately after turning him in and claiming the reward, he was set free.

Is this the intended behaviour of this mechanic? This does not make sense at all to me, the bounty mechanic seems so wrong. The logical thing would be for him to stay in prison, at least until the bounty timer expires (more than 200h).

Other thing is that a 6k for (¿Assault?) giving a wrong response to the HN guard seems to much. I expected the beating but nothing else.
