Lo-Fi Games

First happened with two hungry farmer bandits, I grabbed the bodies, set them next to each other. First one set down fine.. second one.. as soon as it was down next to the other one vanished. I then looked back where the fight was, and the entire group had vanished, both dead and wounded.


Second occurrence, Herd of goats, after battle, before I was able to loot. The whole herd vanished.

Both times I was also healing my group with the medic button.

Both times several of my group were standing in the middle of a cluster of bodies, wounded and dead.

the goats is a known issue and been reported a couple versions ago. Devs still haven't fixed it yet and no work around is currently available for it.

was able to re-create with goats.

They vanish before I began healing, almost as soon as the entire group had been defeated.

Thanks, I searched, but must have missed it. I'll take goat off the menu.
It also happened to a few bandits.

I've had this same problem with Garru up in levithan and with swamp raptors, by turning my camera out of view (maybe) their corpses all desawpned.

At least for goats, they de-spawned while in camera view.

actually they are not despawning
they look to be falling through the map, i was able to catch one before it did but the inventory window closed before i could grab anything due to it falling out of range. had this happen yesterday as i was looking tos ee if they flat up despawned or did something else.

so i think the goats ragdoll collision isn't working right and doesn't see the ground. so they disappear the second you fell them.

After they fall through, they actually teleport to the 0 0 coordinates on the map. So I guess somewhere in the middle of the Tarsands biome there is a mountain of all the goats people have slain.

Goat mountain should become a thing.

soo... If I setup an outpost there, and set a worker to gather meat and leather...
