0.95.34 Generators/windmills not supplying any power.

After importing, and attempting to reload, the two settlements that i own are extremely buggy. Some of the buildings aren't being registered as mine for the sake of autojobs (beds, gates, and engineers won't build buildings unless i manually tell them to.) Windmills and generators are also supplying no power to either of my outposts. One of my buildings, the station house in my swamplands settlement does not cross-section when i enter it, so i cannot see inside it unless i zoom all the way in.

Nav redraw is no longer functioning (triggering) either. The hotkeys does nothing.

I believe i've sort of figured out what's going on. My base is across two zones. Swamp, and Border zone. It looks like all the structures that were built on that end of the base (border zone) were dropped into "Your outpost" rather than my actual outpost.

My other settlement may be doing the same thing..
