0.95.40 Bugmaster Bugs (& 1 unrelated)

Big Bug/Exploit - When I take the Bugmaster to Last Stand, they give me the bounty but don't take the Bugmaster, so I can keep collecting the bounty as many times as I like.
Minor Bug - When I turn the Bugmaster in in Admag (which works normally), they tell me to see the Stone Golem, but when I find her she has nothing to say.
Unrelated Minor Bug - I bought the black cloth shirt blueprint (because fashion), but it does not appear on the list in my clothing workbench.
