0.96.2 - Double Shopkeepers, also Steam overlay

Went to Stack with a worker today to sell some grog. Turns out every shop in stack right now has 2 shopkeepers. Good for me, cause i can sell double what i would be able to, but im sure its a bug. Also, if my game runs long enough the steam overlay stops working. Shift + Tab usually opens it, and it works if i just open the game, but not if its been open for a while. Not sure what I'd do about that, but here's the save for double shopkeepers.
