0.96.14 crash

So some cannibal army lead by the mighty canhead came along to attack my settlement. His army got intercepted by some Tech hunters that also included a skeleton which owned them so I went out to mop it up. The leader had escaped and after the battle while I was disarming everyone, I get a notification that he has arrived at my settlement. Sure enough there he is clutching his chest along with 4 other badly beat up cannibals that managed to make it out of the initial battle.

But every time I engage with them it crashes about 30 seconds later.

I had no one in the base when the cannibals arrived I had sallied forth with everyone that was there. But every time I start fighting with this leader the game crashes.


Edit: I tried ignoring him to see if he would get bored and leave. He decided to pick on a herd of goats that was wandering passed. As soon as he swung game crashed.

Edit2: Tried ignoring him for ages where he ended up walking into my outpost and the game crashing. Dunno what he tried to do inside. Game really doesn't like The Mighty Canhead. I'll just go back to the autosave and murder the army again and hopefully him with it.

Edit3: Went back to the autosave, found him, starting murdering him. Game said Fuck you. Wasn't happy about it. Crashed again. Really doesn't want me to kill that leader. I have a save from before the event even triggered so here's hoping I don't get it. But the crashes are 100% due to him being in combat. Though in this prior save he had actually walked on past the battle before the autosave had happened. The very first time a bunch of those screaming bastards had come on through the middle of it so he must have fought with them a tad the first time. He is in perfect health in that autosave.

can you upload your crashdump.zip file
if the game didn't create one, zip up and upload your Kenshi.log file. make sure it is right after the crash for when you start the game again it over write the log file.

Thought I did though evidently I didn't fully understand the attachment system.

After furthing testing it seems to be whenever this canhead character attacks. Or Cannibal leaders in general probably. Provided he doesn't get a swing in it will be fine. But as soon as he swings its game over. Literally. My new strategy is to line up as many crossbows as I can and just fire volley after volley into him. Crossbow training has never seen better days.

I managed to kill him.

And the game crashed.

So yeah you kinda can't build in cannibal lands without the game crashing due to this guy showing up.
