Lo-Fi Games

Everytime in three different save games when I dismantle a small shack the game crashed immediately afterward. This game was on the current version (00.96.26), it kept crashing earlier so I checked file integrity and it fixed two items, then I had to import my characters, so it was a fresh game again. I'm only a couple hours in. Before dismantling I dismantled a small research bench in the building first without issue and picked up the material.

Same for me when dismantling a Storm House. I tried three times, it crashes as soon as the character is inside the building and is about to start working.

I have the same problem to dismantle a small shack. It cash immediately after work beginning. (0.96.26)

Could it be that you're dismantling it with someone inside / someone on top of it?

I had a strange occurrence yesterday on the experimental build in which a small shack became inaccessible. I was unable to enter the building. I had two general storage containers inside. I finally dismantled the building but the toon that dismantled it became trapped in a small space that the shack had previously inhabited. I tried using another toon to pick up the trapped toon and he was able to walk over and pick him up, thereafter he was also trapped. I re-imported the game after the dismantling and the pathing was fixed.

It will crash any time i try to deconstruct any of the buildings. i way to get around having to build a small shack is to buy a building then do the research you need for the small or medium house or whatever

can you please uplaod your crashdump.zip
if the gamer didn't create one, then zipup and upload the Kenshi.log in it's place.
please note, the log file must be zipped right after you crash as starting the game again will overwrite the log file.
